Case ID Number: 59656 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Darryl Hydrick Suspect(s) Name & CID #: 15460
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: Was found by a witness and brought to the steps of the Nexus where 121 began to do an overview of the victim. He had all of fingers broken, his nose broken, and both feet twisted. We then brought him to the medbay with a strecther and began to treat the injuries once completed he began to us what occured. The victim was ontop of some roof where two individuals were seen by him coming toward him. The first was a heavy built man in a full grey camoflouge suit along with a mask resembling that of a unit having blue optics. Upon further investigation we concluded it was from an OTA unit. We can safely assume the armor is from an OTA unit as well. The second individual was assumed to be a drug dealer possibly supplying the male in the suit with steriods and were discussing things about a resistance group. There was a struggle with the victim not being able to do anything to protect or help himself he was beaten to a pulp. He then made a last ditch attempt to try to bring the man in armor with him down a hole in the roof caused by one of our necrotic headcrab unit shells. The attempt failed and the victim went flying into the hole and grabbed onto one of pipes sticking out. The man in the outfit then grabbed a large rock and threw it down the whole crushing the mans hands on the pipes and forcing him down the hole where he then twisted his feet after landing on the headcrab unit shell. His story ends there.
Location of incident: Uknown location inside of P3 with a whole in the roof and an artillery shell for headcrab storage inside.
Actions carried out: We treated the victim and recorded his story. The perpatrator is is on the loose.
Diagnosed threat level: He is a 2 out of 5.
Comments: This man is a walking tank, he has no known firearms or weapons on him but has to our knowledge OTA armor along with a mask of one of the OTA units. He is a danger to anyone including the UU and must be taken out of the picture dead or alive. [OOC] Date: 1/6/13ACCESS GRANTED CONNECTING TO NEXUS UPLINK ORGANIZING PATCHWORK

Case ID Number: #01141801 Witness(s) Name & CID #: Jerome Knittens, #69090 Suspect(s) Name & CID #: N/A Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: The witness, Jerome Knittens reported to unit 783 that he had found some contraband in the UCH at Appartment A2. 738 requested backup to assist him in investigating the report, to which I responded. Upon entering the UCH, we were approached by Knittens who lead us to the room. In case the suspect may have been in the room still, I decided it would be best to breach the door. After breaching, we found an empty room. When we opened the fridge, however, it was overflowing with the following:
5 Cans of Aerosol Spray Paint 3 Boxed Bags, UU branded 1 Radio 1 Piece of Paper
I immediately set up a scene, and had 783 bring Knittens to detainment so we could interrogate him after our investigation. 101 replaced 783, and we collected the evidence properly after taking a few pictures on my datapad for future reference, just in case. We ran a few quick tests throughout the room to check for bodily fluids and other hints, but we were unable to find any. We packed up the scene, and returned to the labs to proceed with our investigation. Rather than begin searching for fingerprints on the items, I decided to interrogate the witness first due to the fact that no units from Section 3 were available (//I didn't want to keep him locked up in the Nexus while I RPed the tests). His story is that he was searching for an apartment that he wanted to transfer to when he stumbled across it. I had no reason to suspect otherwise, so I decided to take a hard copy of his fingerprints (Just to be on the safe side in case our technology fails us) and sent him on his way. I figured that if it was his contraband, he would have just sold it on the black market rather than report it. I have yet to search for fingerprints on the items we found (//See comments).
Location of incident: UCH Appartment A2
Actions carried out: Collection of evidence, interrogation of the witness. To be done: Evidence analyzed for fingerprints.
Diagnosed threat level: 1
Comments: //Due to the fact that we have no clue OOCly who put the contraband there, I don't see this case going anywhere to be honest. It's impossible to know if he left fingerprints without talking to him OOCly, but I'll be keeping my eye out until then. Case ID Number: 02121801 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Unknown Suspect(s) Name & CID #: William Vanker
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: I arrived after being called onto duty to a gruesome scene in the UCH apartment B2 of a man who was compressed under a couch along with his head smashed in by a pipe in the blood pool left by the victim. The whole room was messy and showed obvious signs of a struggle. From what I can see the victim was in the process of writing on some paper moments before the attack was committed. The door itself showed signs of forced entry so it was obvious that with brute force that the attacker was able to break in to the victims household.
Location of incident: UCH, B2
Actions carried out:After doing a sweep of the room for further evidence and photographing the scene I decided to move the couch off of the man. Once I did that I began to inspect the man more closely and found small fibers of light colored hair which did not fit the victims dark black hair. I put that in a small bag along with the pipe that was used for the homicide, once that was done I turned off the lights in the room and began to sweep for more evidence that I could possibly use with a black light, none was found. I came back to the labs and noticed that 706 was there, I handed off the two separate bags of hair from the scene to him. One from the victim and the other from the unknown source, 706 began his testing and after an hour he reported back to me with his findings concluding that the hair left at the scene from a man know as William Vanker. Diagnosed threat level: 3 out of 5 Comments: It is unclear that William Vanker is the murder himself or there was more people than just him. There are also chances that he is not even involved at all. But he was clearly in contact with the victim so it's bound to know what could of and did happen. Guilty or not he is still to be hunted down and questioned. [OOC] Date:2/12/13 ACCESS GRANTED CONNECTING TO NEXUS UPLINK ORGANIZING PATCHWORK

Case ID Number:#21230128 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Connor Kelton Suspect(s) Name & CID #: Unknown.
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: I arrived on the scene to discover a dead man shot and stabbed. 495 and 017 had already investigated the area due to a gunshot being heard in P3. The male of stabbed in the Gut and Shot in the head and blood was all around the crime scene. He was in the Construction site in P3, top floor. Smallest room. No weapons were left behind.
Location of incident:Callahan Construction site, P3
Actions carried out: I began my tests by removing the bullet out of the males head and sampling that. I took hair and fingerprints samples around the male's clothing. I also ripped off the male's shirt to further example blood samples. I took a sample of his blood with a vial by filling it up with the blood still gushing out of his head. I began to black-light the area searching for chemicals and footprints left behind by the suspect. I scanned both different footprints. One belonged to our victim Conner and the other was Unknown. I then shipped him into the SPECTRE LABS and did further testing on the body. By the way the tissue was damaged and the injuries. The male had encountered a struggle before behind stabbed with a Butterfly knife, 2 inches in diameter and shot in the head with a 9mm bullet; Belonging to the pre-war status.
Diagnosed threat level:2 out of 5,
Comments: Its obvious that the way he kills that he's a low level thug, however hes armed so this may turn bad. [OOC] Date:25/02/2013ACCESS GRANTED CONNECTING TO NEXUS UPLINK ORGANIZING PATCHWORK

Case ID Number: 03103566 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Akil Marrsi Suspect(s) Name & CID #: Unknown and Unknown
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: I was patrolling in P1 whenever I heard a loud shattering sound following with glass shards raining all over me and a pan landing infront of me. After calling for back up to report to the UCH I walked through the glass up to the pan after closer inspection I noticed traces of blood. Once my team got to the apartment we found it completely flipped over with everyone out of place. After doing a mild sweep of the apartment we saw a closet moving around near the bed. Once we opened it a black individual later reported to be Akil flopped out with paper in his mouth and tied hands. From what he told us he was reading on the steps when he saw two "Rough" individuals walk up the steps. He then goes up to his room locking himself inside and continues reading until he hears the two individuals working on the door trying to break through. Akil then runs for his request device not being able to make it in time he was hit in the face with the pan leaving a laceration on his face and was then gagged and tied up placed into the closet. From the descriptions of the intruders one was wearing some type of cloth mask and both wore gloves. They were both white males who figured out a method to use some makeshift ties.
Location of incident: UCH, 2nd floor.
Actions carried out: I patched up the citizens face along with doing a sweep of the apartment for prints and hair follicles but found nothing aside from Akil's hair. I didn't expect much since they both had gloves on.
Diagnosed threat level: 2
Comments: This couldn't of been a hate crime since it was obvious that the two individuals were searching for something. Yet I have this feeling that this investigation was odd. I didn't list all the details the victim gave me since I was given so many of them. Which is never the case with other cases that I have delt with. Maybe I got a lucky break, either way it's pretty unclear on who the attackers are. [OOC] Date: 3/10/13ACCESS GRANTED CONNECTING TO NEXUS UPLINK ORGANIZING PATCHWORK

Case ID Number: 03223589 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Joseph Clark and Edgar Rogers Suspect(s) Name & CID #: None (?)
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: I was making my way down to the medbay when I got a request over the radio that there is a female outside the Nexus with two corpses at her feet. She was of course drenched in blood from what I assumed at the time was carrying them to me. I also noticed that both of the victims heads were completely smashed to bits and upon shining my light at the scene I could see a trail of blood and brain matter leading into P2. Upon further inspection it appears the two had their sleeves tied together.
Location of incident: Outside the Nexus HAP
Actions carried out: I proceeded to take hair samples from both individuals along with skin samples for testing at my lab. Once I put those samples into some small bags I then took photos of the situation to add to my investigation. With 423 by my side I asked him to fetch me a pair of body bags. Once we packed the two we began to follow the female and the blood trail to a larger blood pool located at the edge of the tracks where no fence was located. 423 and I came to the conclusion of possible suicide.
Diagnosed threat level: N/A
Comments: When I arrived at my labs after the ordeal I began to do an extensive check on the two victims bodies and backgrounds. The two males were both charged with PDA in a different city, city 18. I then looked for bruises or scrapes caused by some type of struggle between the two or a third party individual but found none. I also checked under the finger nails of both victims to see if there was any skin cells that were there's. And of course, that as well was inconclusive. Final Verdict: The two lovers committed suicide on their own and were in no shape or form victims of a homicide.
Case Closed. [OOC] Date: 3/22/13

Case ID Number: 04131309 Victim(s) Name & CID #: Roan Zildan Suspect(s) Name & CID #: Michael 'Janero' Eloriga, CID #43328
Detailed analysis of the investigation situation: I was in the medbay doing an inventory check on myself and cleaning my supplies when a worker by the name of Roan sent out an urgent request saying that he had was robbed of his CWU uniform, CID, and armband. I immediately rushed outside and ran through the donut shop to find the CWU worker standing there in a daze with just a plain white undershirt on him and showed signs of a head wound, probable concussion. Was among the least of my worries as I began to examine the scene more closely.
Location of incident: Change Shop, P1.
Actions carried out: The worker explained to me that the individual in question broke through the backdoor and had a facemask along with a firearm on top of that he had extremely poor English with a heavy Spanish accent. As I made my way there I saw this gaping hole where the lock was. It was obvious to me when I saw it since I've seen it so many times during breaches. I turned to ask the man if he heard a gunshot during the incident, he claimed that he heard no such thing but did see a firearm with the male as he ran toward him. I took a few photos of the damaged door and then stepped outside. After pushing a few pieces of trash around I was able to locate a single casing. Upon further inspection it was that of a 9mm. I too at the time did not hear a gun shot so I came to the inevitable conclusion that this male was able to get his hands on a suppressor. I brushed the knob for prints but wasn't able to get any clear ones for two reasons. This door is frequented so often by workers and the gun powder has coated the knob making it impossible for me to get any. I tried my luck at the second door and found a substantial amount of prints. After allowing my datapad to record all of the information I spoke to Lela Praise, a Organizer of the CWU. After persuading her to give me some files on her workers along with background checks I was able to eliminate those handful of workers from my results. After more in depth analysis I came to a print that was not only registered in the City 45 database but not even a citizen from City 17. This Michael 'Janero' Eloriga is from City 42, all the way from Istanbul. I sent in a data request to pull up more information from his file. From what I was able to piece together from his medical logs and the recent incidents that happened in City 42 is that the man was involved in a UCH bombing roughly 6 months ago. The issue is that he wasn't the suspect, he was a victim. He was treated for extensive burn injuries to half of his face along with some minor trauma to his limbs. This would explain why he used a faceplate during the incident to hide his obvious facial predicament.
Diagnosed threat level: 4Comments: From what I can tell this isn't your standard mugging, he was able to take a CWU uniform, CID, and armband from Roan. Along with that he has a 9mm firearm, faceplate, and suppressor for this weapon. This individual needs to be apprehend as soon as possible before he can do any damage or able to send in one of his buddies in disguise with that CWU uniform. [OOC] Date: 04/13/13
