Reasons for wanting to enlist in the U.C.A as a ground unit (Minimum 1 paragraph, at least 5 sentences each paragraph):
I would like to enlist in the U.C.A as I believe that our benefactors know what's right for us and I wish to serve them to the fullest extent. My previous employment history would benefit not only myself but the Union as a whole. I believe that socio-status should be in order and that no street should go unprotected. Enlisting in the U.C.A would not only be a privilege but an honor to myself. Working for our benefactors is the highest amount of thing I can perceive as a valuable option for service for the Union.

Reasons for wanting to be an officer:
I want to experience the roleplay of the UCA once again. It was something I could connect to and get into highly with great roleplay, I have had previous experience of which I will list below which makes me even better of an applicant.
Prior Experience as an officer and or time as one (Leave section blank if you haven't had Officer RP experience):
Well I used to be a GEAR.DvL for about four communities of which I joined, here it is called MACE/GRID, I have had numerous experiences with repairing the actual helicopters with a batch of recruits that had applied for the GRID Division, I had also done my own tortures as the GEAR.DvL, as well as made my own training manifest. I honestly feel like the UCA/CCA/Whatever you want to call them connected with me.
Prior Communities that you were part of (Leave section blank if you haven't taken part in any other communities):
TWA, TNS, Ω9, INC
A paragraph sized description of how a good UCA officer should act involving this situation (Listed below, one paragraph minimum, 5 sentences a paragraph)
Option 1: Another officer is seen either giving a citizen contraband and or not upholding the laws and regulations of the City.
Option 2: A group of citizens is gathering near each other and appear to be somewhat aggravated.
Option 3: You're processing a citizen in detainment for Anti-Union vocalization, he mentions something about his "friends" and how he will acquire his revenge.
As I watch the other officer give a citizen contraband, not upholding the law I would contact a superior as soon as possible and if equipped with a implemented visor camera, begin to record the altercation with the unit and the citizen. If the citizen were to begin to leave, I would walk passed the unit and ignore him but stop the citizen and detain him for possession of contraband, requesting backup from additional units excluding the one who had given the contraband.
As the group of citizens began gathering near each other, somewhat aggravated, I would radio in the altercation requesting backup and proceed to move to the group, commanding them to isolate, keeping my stunstick/baton at ready. If things were to get heated, such as them beginning to surround myself or other officers, or begin to step forward in a violent manner I would give warning shots to the individuals, if they were to continue to come forward I would attempt to incapacitate the aggressors in any way possible whilst still having backup called in. I would detain the individuals once they were secured.
As I processed the citizen for Anti-Union vocalization and heard him say something about his friends, I would bring the citizen into questioning and request another officer present for interrogation. From what I would perceive, the man could have been set up, or had friends who helped with him in the Anti-Union Vocalization and had left him there, these friends of his could be a bigger group of Anti-Unionist and they would have to be detained and interrogated each. I would ask the citizen questions about his "revenge" and if he were to comply, move onto their names, locations, hangouts, etc.
