Patient: C17.UCA.NOVA-OfC.099
Detailed analysis of the situation: 099 got shot in the shoulder by a citizen who somehow aquired a pistol
Type of medical aid provided: The bullet was not too far inside his shoulder, I simply had to place some forceps and remove the bullet after placing 099 into a deep sleep using the Notrioux Oxide gas, I then applied some biogel, cauterized and stitched the wound. I then applied biogel once more to promote cell regeneration and placed 099 on a bed to wait for her to wake up.
Status of casualty after treatment: No problems.

Patient: C17.UCA.NOVA-EgU.133
Detailed analysis of the situation: 133 was shot multiple times by 211, it is not my place to judge if it was necessary but 133 was in pieces, he had a bullet in his thigh and his ankle was completely destroyed. When he arrived in the medical bay, he had lost so much blood that it was a miracle he was still concious.
Type of medical aid provided:
I asked 717 to prepare 133 for surgery, he put him under and as there was no time to loose, I quickly put up a O- blood bag on the IV stand and as he was going under due to the Nitroux Oxide gas, I then began sawing off what was left of his ankle, which was not much. I cauterized it, using the surgical laser to shut any arteries, blood vessels and capillaries that were damaged from the bullets he received, which was nearly all of them and finally gave him 100ml of Amoxicillin.
Since the unit wasn't loosing any blood any more, I told 717 to remove to bullet from his tight as he had been trained to do so and he needed practice ( // Had to go AFK). I supervised him and made sure he wouldn't do any errors, I was glad to see that he did everything perfectly, he wasn't the fastest unit I've seen, but it is excusable by the fact that he was lacking experience. He introduced the forceps, removed the bullet, stitched him back up as the unit was miraculously not bleeding and applied biogel over it to promote cell regeneration. 495 was then called as we needed a prosthetic foot for 133, he went into his headquarters and I quickly radioed him the measures for the foot. He came back within 15 minutes with a brand new regular prosthetic foot, I installed it on the unit and we proceeded to place him on a bed. We watched his life monitor to see if anything was abnormal, we were relieved that everything seemed normal.. I then disinfected all the material used during the procedure and changed his bandages every once in a while as he was waking up.
In the surgery the following items were used :
- Nitroux Oxide gas x1 - Surgical laser x1 (re-usable) - Surgical saw x1 (Re-usable/disinfected) - Scalpel x1 (Re-usable/disinfected) - Stitches xN/A (Bio-degradable) - Bandages x5 meters - Biogel bottle x1 - Blood bad x2 (O- universal donor) - 100ml of Amoxicillin - Prosthetic foot x1
Status of casualty after treatment:
Comments: It was a miracle 133 survived the procedure, he had already lost quite a lot of blood and I'm proud to say it was one of my most delicate and successful surgery to date.

Detailed analysis of the situation: As I went inside P9 to follow my usual patrol route, I found 101 bleeding on the ground, he had five stab wounds on his back and was loosing blood rapidly. I quickly applied pressure on his wound and brought him toward the Nexus medical bay.
Type of medical aid provided:
When we reached the medical bay hooked him up on a O- blood bag and cut the back of his uniform, five stab wounds were visible but luckily, they were not deep, I did not put him under using the Nitroux Oxide gas as he was loosing too much blood and was all ready out of conciousness. I made sure no vital organ was hit and I then applied a layer of biogel, stitched the unit's wounds, applied an other layer of biogel and bandaged each of them. The unit was then placed on Amoxicillin and left to rest. He woke up after a while and I informed him on the situation.
In the surgery the following items were used :
- Stitches xN/A (Bio-degradable) - Bandages x3 meters - Biogel bottle x1 - Blood bad x2 (O- universal donor) - 100ml of Amoxicillin - LMA
Status of casualty after treatment: Resting, healing.
Comments: The wounds were obviously the product of a "Shank", the shapes were irregular and small.
